Our Client is a start-up Medical Device Company based in the South East

Job purpose
Responsible for the development of manufacturing processes and supply chains, in support of development and industrialisation of Company and Customer requirements.

Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop supply chain and manufacturing technologies
Work collaboratively with Technical and Project teams
Support Design and Development processes
Lead risk analysis process for manufacturing requirements
Support product verification processes
Support Master Validation planning
Lead Process Validation execution

Experience/Skills needed to fulfil the role
Experience of Project management
Experience within the medical device arena.
Supplier Management
Supplier Development
Experience of working with Designers
'Hands-on' mechanical experience
Experience of a start up environment would be an advantage

Qualifications required

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Significant industrial experience may be considered as equivalent.

Interface with other departments/communication internal & external
Liaise with all internal functions and personnel.
Interface Customers
Manage external suppliers
Present to appropriate business and technical audiences as necessary.
