Project Manager - Construction/Civil

Location: SE London

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join an existing team. As the manager you will have experience in Projects up to £5 Million in either a construction or civil environment. Experience of working for the transport industry would be advantageous but not essential.

The role:

Manage Site Activities
Delivery of Projects on schedule and to budget
Health and Safety planning and implementation
Contractor Liaison
Experience of Rail / Construction / Civil environments

Knowledge Required:

* Planning and Organisational skills
* Rail industry experience
* Management
* Client and Contractor Liaison

The position is based in SE London and is easily commutable from South Essex, Kent and SE London. The salary is Negotiable depending on experience. Please state your preferred salary when applying.
