Field Service Engineer

CHP Field Service Engineer - Location South Wales- Salary from £25,000kpa

Search Technical are working with one of the worlds most innovative Combined Heat and Power Generation companies and due to their expansion we have an opportunity based from home for a Field Service Engineer.

You will be travelling daily to customer sites servicing and maintaining CHP (Combined Heat and Power) units, providing client satisfaction and outstanding customer service at all times. Responsible for around 20 CHP units you will respond to breakdowns and service calls, maintaining and repairing any faulty units.

Ideally located within the South Wales area, you will be servicing CHP units in Cardiff, Port Talbot.

Educated to a minimum of HNC/ONC or equivalent, in an Engineering subject.
You will possess Mechanical Engineering skill, with prior experience in the servicing or maintenance of CHP power supply equipment, such as Jenbacher or Deutz CHP sets, engines, generators or UPS systems.

You will need to possess a full and valid UK driving licence, strong communication skills and a high attention to detail.
