Building & Infrastructure’s Buildings & South East sub-division has a strong track record in delivering Project Management and Strategic Consultancy commissions for a variety of clients through ongoing frameworks and discrete projects.

We are looking for a well versed, suitably experienced, Mechanical Engineer to join our established Building Services team in our Croydon office.

Educated to degree or equivalent level and as a key team player, candidates will be capable of leading by example. With a demonstrable knowledge of mechanical design, candidates will have good, all round experience and be capable and competent of running projects to both time and budget in order to deliver technical solutions. Previous Consultancy experience of designing mechanical systems including water, drainage, heating and ventilation is also key. As a good communicator with excellent presentation skills candidates will also be confident and able to assist with business development where necessary. Candidates will also have experience with a good range of projects including, residential, commercial, education, healthcare and retail schemes.
