Technical Helpdesk Analyst

The Client: Is a leading Manufacturer of highly advanced specialist electronic systems used within demanding transportation applications. My client possesses a strong order book with a multitude of highly prestigious customers and is in a period of exciting growth. My client urgently seeks a dynamic individual to take on this incredible opportunity to work for them as a Helpdesk Analyst.
The Role: The successful Helpdesk Analyst will ideally have a working knowledge within a technical helpdesk environment or customer service background. As a Helpdesk Analyst you will be involved in researching and responding to technical queries received from the customer via telephone calls, emails and call-backs. You will be required to monitor, manage and update systems within the Helpdesk Service Call Centre and ensure that all information is recorded accurately. You will be required to liaise with both customers and sub-contractors where necessary and manage telephone calls through to resolution.
The Candidate: The successful candidate will require a minimum of 1 years experience within a Service/Call Centre technology and processes environment. HNC or similar discipline with a technical experience would be advantageous to this role. The ideal candidate will possess experience within a Help Desk or Field Service Engineering environment. Candidates will be of a motivated, polite and enthusiastic nature and posses excellent telecommunication skills and be computer literate.

Duration: Permanent
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (experience dependant) including Shift work + excellent benefits
