Photocopier Field Service Engineer - Ricoh

Job Summary
• To carry out service visits to reported calls throughout the companies entire customer base
• Establish and promote the attributes of a professional service support operation ensuring image and clarity of communication
• Adapt and develop service needs in line with changes in manufacturer products and functionality
Theme
• This is a front line service role commanding a professional smart image achieved through higher levels of knowledge and self-management
• Awareness and communication with customers and colleagues is essential to understanding and overcome service issues to maintain a customer satisfying performance

Experience:
• Qualified Ricoh engineer with experience of current MFD model ranges
• Mini 3 years’ experience as a Ricoh/Sharp field service engineer
• Good standard of I.T experience essential

Duties:
We are looking for a walking engineer to cover Zone 1 - 4 in London

Duties to include the following
• Attend emergency calls.
• Attend return to fit calls.
• Attend preventive maintenance calls.
• Attend Installations.
• Update firmware as and when needed.
• Assist customers over the phone and on site.
• Liaise with the service desk on day to day basis .
• Attend training courses when necessary.
• Maintain a strong standard of customer service at all times .
