Injection Moulding Technician / Supervisor

Job Overview: Further to a successful campaign of business growth, we are working closely with one of our clients to appoint an Injection Moulding Technician / Mould Shop Supervisor working a 3 shift pattern of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00. As Injection Moulding Technician / Mould Shop Supervisor you will report to the Mould Shop Manager and be responsible for the shift operations team where you will be continually striving for improving performance standards in line with company and department KPI’s for quality, cost effectiveness, delivery, safety and environment, motivation and morale. You will be an excellent communicator and have worked in a similar role in a fast paced manufacturing environment of rubber / polymer or plastics. This position would suit a strong “hands on” Injection Moulding Technician / Process Engineer who has had some experience within Supervisor of engineers. 90% of your time will be shop floor based.
