An opportunity for a technical specialist to run a prestigious site in the Nottingham area. This site has first class facilities, including conference centres, restaurants and a hotel. Providing support to a small team of multi disciplined engineers, you will ensure all m&e facilities on site are maintained to a high standard.

As well as providing support to the onsite team, you will control spending, overtime etc. Responsible for risk assessments, audits and all h&s matters. Building relationships with both the onsite team (toolbox talks) as well as ensuring the continuation of a successful working relationship with the client. Ultimately you will be measured on your client satisfaction and retention skills.

The successful applicant will have worked for another large FM provider. Must have a formal mechanical or electrical qualification, and have come from an 'on the tools' background. In return our client is offering a competitive salary and the chance to work on a contract at a first class facility.
