Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Location: Manchester

Role: MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER Using Solidworks (predominantly) and Autocad

Duties and Responsibilities mechanical designs using Solidworks and Autocad to create innovative mechanical designs ensuring that the design of components permits efficient, cost effective manufacturer and procurement.
Knowledge and Skills/Requirements A basic understanding of electrical control systems would be advantageous, hold a mechanical design / engineering qualification to HNC / HND standard.
