We are currently looking to recruit an extremely competent Building Services Maintenance Supervisor with great hands on multi skilled abilities to work on a large prestigious site in Central London on a Split Shift basis leading one other engineer and reporting directly to the client.

We are ideally looking for candidates that has a good track record within the building services and HVAC industry and who has experience of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical services within commercial buildings. You should have a good understanding of Power, lighting, UPS, motors, control panels, AHU's, fan coil units, air conditioning systems, HVAC plant, pumps, chillers, boilers, pressurisation units, chilled water and hot water services etc.

You should also have ideally served a recognised apprenticeship and to hold full technical qualifications to at least City and Guilds part 1 and 2 Electrical Installations or similar. You should also ideally hold 17th Edition IEE regulations.
The successful candidate will be working closely with another engineer on site and taking a lead role in delivering both the planned and reactive maintenance as well as liaising with the client on a daily basis, attending meetings and the public on a daily basis so must be very presentable and have good people skills.. This role is also ideally for a current Senior Engineer looking for career progression as the plan is for the successful candidate to move up into a management position within a year or so.

The company is also one of the industries leading maintenance providers to this note we need candidates that have the desire and technically ability to move onwards and upwards within the HVAC industry.
