CAD Technician

Position: CAD Technician
Location: Manchester
Rate: £150 p/day

1. Produce site layouts, engineering and general information drawings, route maps, track layouts and schematics in compliance with relevant Railway Group and Company Standards for the Asset Management teams and relevant outside parties.

2. Assist in the production and maintenance of CAD Standards.

3. Assist with maintenance of the suite of standard engineering drawings and supply of data to external sources.

Essential

· Substantial experience in the use of CAD systems

· Familiarity with cartography, computer mapping and GIS techniques

· Good graphic presentation and communication skills
