M&E Maintenance Contract Manager

An up and coming service provider who is proactively seeking to increase their market presence is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage a portfolio of contracts in London. As manager you will be responsible for directing maintenance activities across the contract portfolio including maintaining electrical, mechanical and fabric.

Duties will include:

Implementation of new processes and proceedures

Contract Mobilisation

Managing mobile and static based engineers

Sub-contractor appointment and Management

Budget Management, specifically Profit and Loss

Ensuring of contract compliance.

Identifying opportunities to enhance the contract.

To achieve the highest level of service to the buildings occupants in the most cost efficient, technically competent and safe manner.
