BMS Commissioning Manager

We are looking for an experience BMS Commissioning Manager

Working closely with the individual Project Managers, Design and Technical
staff, you will
assess and advise regarding commissioning task durations to allow the Project
Manager to
produce programmes. In addition, you will produce and maintain an overall
commissioning
programme identifying future workloads for all projects / Engineers.
Training and development of commissioning engineers will be an important part
of the role
to ensure that high standards of commissioning are met and maintained.
Good lines of communication will be required to be maintained at all times with
internal
staff and clients alike.
Individually, you will be required to have a proven ability in the commissioning of
all
aspects of HVAC Controls and Building Management Systems. You will be
required to
undertake commissioning projects of your own.
Specifically you will have a sound electrical knowledge and additionally be able
to work on
all aspects of PC based solutions; currently utilising BacNET, together with third
party
interfaces such as Modbus, M-bus, EIB etc. You will be familiar with all
standard controls
philosophies and able to offer working solutions to non standard applications.
A sound background of all HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential.
