Electrical (Building Services) Design Engineer

BSV Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Design Engineer on behalf of our client. Our client has a very strong presence within the retail, commercial and educational sectors with projects in UK and Europe. This is the ideal opportunity if you are looking to develop your skills and grow with the company as it expands.

Qualifications

-Degree in electrical (building services) engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience working as an electrical (building services) design engineer

-British or European citizen or otherwise working rights in UK without the need for visa
- Working knowledge of building regulations, especially Parts M and L
- Working knowledge of British Standards
- CSCS qualified

-Relux (essential)
- Amtech (essential)

-NES specification writing (preferential but not essential)
- IES daylighting/glare calculations (not essential)
- Chartered Engineer (preferential but not essential)
- Schools (preferential but not essential)
- Leisure centres (preferential but not essential)
- Good design skills

-Available to start immediately or under short notice
-Own transport available + valid driver’s licence
