Electrical Design Engineer required for a leading supplier of specialist engineering services and control equipment for all types of rotating equipment.

Duties Include:-
*Assisting with the specification and design of control panels for gas turbine control systems
*Production of electrical and mechanical drawings using CAD
*Production of wiring diagrams and general arrangement drawings
*Produce drawings in line with instructions from other engineers
*Define design input and agree before commencing drawing work
*Maintain a standard symbols library in line with chosen standard
*Issuing of documents in line with the relevant quality procedure
*Maintain the hard copies of the company drawings, to prevent damage and degradation

In order to be considered for this role you will possess:

*Experience within a control system environment
*Use of AutoCAD Electrical
*Experience of PLC control system design
*Hold a HND Electrical Engineering or equivalent

The sucessfull applicant will be working for a long established business who have worked with major oil companies, power generators and contractors worldwide, winning contracts for retrofit equipment, commissioning, fault finding, routine maintenance, reliability engineering and consultancy.
