Description		Due to significant growth plans, a global market leader in providing Business Coaching services are looking for experienced business developers who can sell solutions to corporate clients and SME sectors. The business model offers considerable benefits to those who wish to develop a coaching business within the framework of an already outstandingly successful global and national team. The company operates on a revenue-sharing basis eliminating the need for large start-up investment. You will receive a full and comprehensive training programme in coaching skills and techniques along with extensive personal development opportunities, which would entail some financial commitment by each coach. Being self-employed, you should be in a position to fund your way through an initial start-up period of potentially 3 to 6 months, until a revenue stream is generated, however, the earnings potential is very high. You will be a highly experienced, energetic, creative, entrepreneurial and self-driven individual with a demonstrable track record of excellence and achievement. You will be capable of assembling, managing and working within vertically-integrated teams to coach company owners on business strategy, productivity enhancements and lifestyle improvement. You will be highly experienced in the mid-tier or corporate sector, have excellent commercial acumen and will be able to demonstrate a track record of outstanding achievement. Experience of a start-up environment is desirable along with well developed networks within the owner managed market or corporate sectors.
