Description		My client is a leading international construction and property consultancy offering expertise in cost consultancy, project management, management consultancy and a comprehensive range of specialist services. Their services are geared to the differing needs of each sector and their approach is to ensure each project is resourced by professionals with expertise in that sector. The portfolio is focused in business space, retail, healthcare, education residential and leisure. Due to continued growth, there is now an opportunity to join their ranks as a Cost Consultant working out of the London Head Office, but based in Cambridge. The scheme is retail lead, and includes leisure, residential and infrastructure works. The requirement is for a quality driven delivery of pre and post contract service and ownership of major projects from inception through to final accounts. Typically office based and working with an expert team there is a strong emphasis on client facing and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will be at the intermediate level with a strong academic record and are likely to be working towards chartered status. Ambitious and pro-active the candidate will have superb communication skills and a quality led approach. The programme of work is to develop cost plans, procure and deliver the scheme over the coming years.
