Description		Our client is a leading supplier of innovative HR consulting services to both the business and public sectors around the world. Its "People" consulting practice provides clients with the independence of mind and sureness of execution that comes from deep experience in all HR consulting fields, including: � design and transform organizations, business units and corporate functions � mobilize, engage and develop managers and employees � support the management of significant organizational change � deliver transformational HR operations and service delivery. The practice is now looking to hire a number of high quality, experienced consultants. You will have a strong academic background with a good degree from a top university (or equivalent), coupled with significant experience in HR Transformation. Ideally you will have had experience in industry combined with some management consultancy experience, however exceptional canadidates with relevant skills gained in a corporate environment will be considered. You will be an excellent communicator, with strong project management, team playing and client skills. Based from the firm�s head office in London you should expect to travel and work on client sites and you should have the unconditional right to work across Europe. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an award winning HR consulting practice that places a strong emphasis on innovation, responsiveness and delivery in every aspect of its work, and rewards its employees accordingly
