Description		My client is looking to employ an Area Sales Manager to manage a territory within their South East of England operations. They are looking for candidates with strong sales capabilities who will be responsible for selling an extensive range of construction equipment. Duties/Responsibilities � Develop and implement a Sales & Marketing strategy for the area � Identifying and developing sales to Major Key Accounts � Management of key / target accounts � Presentation & Marketing of new products to key end user accounts � Recommending new distribution channels to fill gaps in existing network and maintaining existing dealer relationship � Identifying and developing new sales opportunities defined by the business unit strategy � Developing and maintaining a first hand knowledge of the business profile of key accounts and major distributors. Maintain contact with �key� people. � Market Intelligence, defining and recommending market opportunities by product line, market segment and geographical area � Managing sales forecasts from the entire business This is an excellent opportunity to join an international market leading brand.
