Due to their continued success within the constantly evolving Carbon arena, they are seeking to expand their team by recruiting a Carbon Reduction Consultant. Based in their London Euston Tower offices, this individual will work in a team to assess and advise on carbon, energy and environmental management, low carbon design procurement, the costing of energy and sustainability measures and technologies as well as the assessment of environmental performance of buildings. You will be asked to The work will consist of the following and successful applicant will demonstrate aptitude and willingness to undertake new types of work, given appropriate training: � Energy / carbon consumption modelling � Energy Performance Certificates � Environmental assessment (BREEAM LEED or similar) � Life Cycle Assessment � Resource efficiency � Understanding clients' business drivers � Understanding of alternative methods of project procurement and sustainability � Awareness of life-cycle costing, risk management, maintenance costs You will already have The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: The ability to win work, lead projects and be the main client contact for large and small projects SAP Assessor experience BREEAM knowledge LEED knowledge EPC Assessor experience It is possible that the successful candidate may come from a mechanical engineering background and is looking to work at the strategic end of projects. Working within a consultancy environment, it is essential that the selected candidates possesses excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as a high level of numerical competency.
