Description		A Senior Health and Safety Consultant is required to join a successful Consultancy in an office in the southern region � Home based is available. As the successful experienced Senior Health and Safety Consultant you will work on various projects which currently include large national retails, financial, and property management organisations. The role offers the opportunity to join the client at an exciting time, with the chance to work on a diverse client base. Remuneration for the experienced Health and Safety Consultant: Salary up to �40,000 plus car, plus excellent benefits. Location: South Requirements: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent desirable Membership of IOSH is essential Understanding of current UK Health and Safety Legislation Experience developing and delivering OHSAS18001 The client: My client is one of the UK�s leading environmental consultants with 11 offices in the UK and Ireland and over 30 years experience. They provide consulting solutions in a wide range of environmental matters and are ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001 registered and are currently developing a Health and Safety Management system against the requirements of OHSAS 18001. Main Duties include: � Analysis of client regulatory and best practice compliance � Writing client specific policies � Development of proactive risk management strategies � Contribute in defining and developing future strategy � Report preparation � Compliance with inter business systems � Produce bespoke general and regulation specific risk assessments.
