Description We are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work with our clients North West business, primarily based in Warrington. The position will involve taking a lead role on projects and mentoring engineers and members of the team across a range of sectors including education, mass transit, regeneration, healthcare and nuclear. Due to the success of their mono and multi-disciplinary consultancy service, the role will involve working closely with their Head of Building Services to further shape their business in the North West and Scotland.

Requirements
Qualified to degree level in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Demonstrable experience in client liaison, client briefing, design, project management and presentation.
Excellent report writing skills, with good overall MS Office experience
Previous experience of mentoring and managing intermediate, graduate and junior engineers.
Experience of managing projects across a range of Mechanical Building Services projects across the sectors listed in both the private and public sectors


Responsibilities
The role is not only to satisfy the needs of their current client base, but to assist in their expansion plans and be pivotal in further enhancing their established reputation in the North of England.

This role will encompass but not limited to the following:
To further manage and develop the Mechanical Building Services team in the region.
To be actively involved in the recruitment and mentoring of graduate and Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Engineers.
Have the ability to manage a mixture of multi-framework and individual commissions.
Active involvement with external and internal design teams.
Work closely with the Head of Building Services and Electrical Department with responsibility for the fee, resource and technical management to meet their business targets in fee bidding, marketing and auditing and further developing their client relationships.
Actively involved in the design concept and detailed design including calculations, specifications, and developing building services drawings.
