Description		Our client are currently looking to expand their Building Services team in their Central London office and are actively seeking an Electrical Associate Director with an emphasis on sustainability within the London market, to keep the team at the forefront of design and innovation. Requirements A Chartered Building Services engineer, you will have an evolving reputation in the London and Commercial markets. Natural leadership qualities and be excited by the opportunity to influence and create leading edge buildings Proven experience in improving design quality within a team Responsibilities Pro-actively help manage and motivate the Building Services team in all aspects of successful project delivery, providing architects and clients with inspirational, �buildable' solutions that offer best value for money Adopt a highly creative design philosophy that fully respects sustainability Assist in the bid process to win profitable, new work Maintain excellent, effective working relationships with clients and project teams, encouraging repeat business and further strengthening the brand Ensure design compliance with legislation, codes etc. by being fully conversant with all relevant Health & Safety aspects.
