A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a City based financial organisation for 2 Project Managers to join a small team to assist with running and directing of major projects across many lines of business. The ideal candidate will have more general project management skills and be more business than IT focused.

You will have:
- Proven ability to Project Manage and motivate cross functional and geographical teams.
- Successful management of medium to large scale projects and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record in the areas of time/cost estimation, risk mitigation and planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business process and operations and apply appropriate delivery approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills set meeting agenda's and take minutes and produce weekly project status reports.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Self starter that will take ownership of assigned tasks and drive to completion.

Successfully candidates will be graduates with 2/3 years experience of Project Management within corporate blue chip/financial organisation. My client requires ,managers with SOLID experience within the Business not just IT projects managers. You will be analytical, good organisational skills and excellent communication skills. Worked with and/or certified in a Project Management Methodology
