This company is one of the world's leaders within rail engineering. Its rail business is the largest in its field in Europe. Undertake engineering consultancy and design on Network Rail, London Underground and light rail networks.

This companies rail projects include major station developments, re-signalling schemes and multi-functional railway enhancement works. In attempts to expand further they are currently recruiting for an Design Engineer to work in our Overhead Line Electrification Team (OLE).

As an OLE design engineer, your main responsibility will involve the creation of overhead Line Electrification design layouts and installation design cross sections in addition to carrying out various other technical support activities for main line Rail engineering.

Requirements
Successful applicants will ideally possess the following:

Significant overhead line design knowledge (Construction knowledge would also be advantageous)
Detailed knowledge and understanding of industry standards relating to overhead line electrification
Ideally, you will possess an engineering degree or equivalent industry-recognised qualification
