Opportunity
To deliver, manage the operation and implement a growth strategy for the Performance Solutions division, responsible for providing a wide range of change and continual improvement solutions to business, process and people.
Strategy
· Develop and lead realistic phased strategic growth plan for division
· Manage budget (divisional income and expenditure)
· Reporting of progress and status at monthly divisional reviews
· Developing commodotised products and packages of services (including E-Products)
Business Development
· Leading response to sales enquiries and leads
· Proactive client engagement and lead generation
· Developing new and existing client relationships across the organization
· Scoping and quoting for new business
· Supporting major tender opportunities
Staff
· Develop capability through associates and salaried staff
· Associate co-ordination, scheduling, and quality assurance
Systems
· Preparing divisional invoice schedules for billing
· Maintaining CRM and other internal systems

Client Delivery
· Participate in relevant training, consultancy, and other facilitated support services

Person Specification

Excellent Strategic Skills with strong commercial track record
Significant Experience gained within a Consultancy environment with specific skills in Lean and continuous improvement, preferbaly with experience in an operational role within industry
A recognised Management qualification
Significant examples of delivering change management and lean programmes.
Demonstration of confidence and ability within Training and consultancy environments
Strong Business Development Skills
