Think swarming bees, but not so annoying. We meet with consumers during their normal routines, at set up events at retailers, provide service business to business and grass root marketing in local neighbourhoods. Primarily generating new leads in a non office based environment.

Our professional field representatives put our clients’ message in action, physically canvassing the community, reaching out to their potential customers face-to-face with a wonderful promotion.

We are currently expanding in the Nottingham area and we are looking for outgoing, ambitious, hardworking, career-minded individuals to fill entry level marketing and sales positions if you have great people skills you will advance into our business development program.

What is the Business Development Programme?

We give you responsibility, challenges and a chance to lead and run your own team. Here, you’ll grow your own profit centre, working your way to manager and maybe even Junior Partner or Partner – right on up to the top. And fast. That’s because our promotions are based on performance, not seniority. So if you’re ready to turn an entry-level opportunity into much, much more, make it happen! Compensation is based on commission and bonuses only at entry level. First year earning projections are £12,000 - £18,000 for the entry level position.

Due to the nature of the opening and the number of people looking for work in Nottingham, multiple interviews may be conducted over a 48 hour period for successful candidates, including a full day interview out of the office shadowing a representative from our company, before a final decision is made (this is still a period of observation & will have no claims for compensation).
