Building Surveyor

We are working on behalf of a leading PQS firm based in London. They are urgently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to work from the head office and cover London & the South East.

The client specialises within the Social Housing and Development sectors so require a highly experienced individual with ideally 5 years experience in this sector. The ideal candidate will come from a PQS background.

You will be given complete freedom to run your own major projects but will report into a Senior Partner. You will be running multi million projects, new build and refurbishment programmes as well as doing cyclical decorations and regeneration work.

Its all social housing so you must have vast experience in that sector and a real passion for the industry.

They role is paying £40,000 - £41,000 and it is an immediate start.
