Continued business growth with a leading professional services company, has generated these new positions for Employee Survey Analysts. This is an very exciting opportunity to join a market leading organisation as part of their Organisational Insights Practice, helping their FTSE top 250 clients with employee engagement, reward and change management projects.
As an Employee Survey Analyst you will be responsible for:
Working with Clients and internal Project Directors to define the programme scope and delivery strategy, develop implementation plans, Client presentations, focus groups and workshops.
Creating and developing project plans, managing simultaneous projects and ensuring their timely delivery.
Flag potential project and resource risks and develop contingencies to ensure these are covered, deliver project updates reporting on key milestone and goal achievements.
Creating and managing work packages for specialist teams, and liaising with a variety of internal functional teams.
Developing effective relationships with the Clients in internal Project Managers, delivering exceptional Client customer service, managing the Clients expectations and ensuring any scope changes are clearly defined, agreed and communicated.
Lead or be an integral part of a project team through regular communication, sharing of best practice, and monitoring of individual performance on projects.
Provide coaching and training, personal and professional development opportunities for junior members of the project team and effectively manage the in-house specialist technical teams and external suppliers throughout the global firm adjusting own workload as circumstances change to ensure delivery to expectations.
To Be Successful as an Employee Survey Analyst you will:
Be experienced in a similar role, ideally in employee surveys and engagement programmes and able to travel internationally.
Have outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, with an excellent command of English (including spelling and grammar), with an ability to adapt your style of writing.
Be an experienced project manager, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision and have experience of managing budgets and finance with projects.
Be a strong team player, confident in sharing ideas and be a problem solver, able to identify and solve challenging and complex problems.
Be innovative, creative, and results-driven. Solid experience of previous project management roles, and previous experience working in employee research environment.
Fluency in English is essential, with another European language desirable.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work to agreed timescales.
Good team skills and experience of leading and managing a team, coaching and developing others.
Understanding and practical knowledge of statistical and quantitative research techniques and interpretation.
Intermediate to advanced standard of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Ability to quickly learn to use internal software and technical processes
