Description We require experienced call controllers to work as part of a dedicated fault resolution team. Responsibilities will include the proactive management of IT fault calls on the call management system and allocating calls to engineers to achieve the SLA for the contract.

You will continually monitor call queues and keep the customer informed of any issues or escalate these to the Team Leader or Call Centre Manager.

We require previous call centre ,customer response experience , involving co-ordinating field based operatives to resolve customers issues or problems eg organising engineers to attend customers' premises to repair equipme PC literacy, good keyboard skills and a good general level of education, particularly English and Maths.
