Description		Finnish, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian speaking CS Executive-Part time Reference: 517851 The Company: Our client is an extremely fast growing company in the Tourism sector, and due to rapid expansion, they are currently looking to recruit a outstanding Customer Service Representative fluent in Finnish, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and excellent English. The position will be based in their office in Cambridgeshire. The Role: The overall aim of the position will be to provide excellent customer service and act as the main contact for clients in the UK and Scandinavia. You will be nurturing relationships in order to maximise business. The role will be responsible for providing a telephone-based support service. Candidate Profile: You would have a passion for customer service and have excellent telephone manner. Good PC literacy, and the ability to work individually are required, and previous customer service experience would be a good advantage. Fluency to a mother tongue level in Finnish, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian along with excellent English is required. Salary/Additional Information: The salary for the role is negotiable, depending on calibre and experience. The company offers a fantastic benefits package and offer the little extra to you as an employee. Including incentives such as individual and company bonus and trips. You will also be provided with full training for the position.
