Description Customer Services Executive £15000.00 plus commission

Working for this well respected and award winning company within customer services, you will be talking to business users, answering their queries, questions on hardware and on usage and supplying new equipment.

The role requires a high degree of literacy as 80% of the role is by email the rest being phone work and as these are high level individuals based within corporate accounts, your spelling and grammar must be faultless.

You will need to have a technical mind set and like communications in general but be adept at talking people through various scenarios to get them up and running.

With career progression for those reliable and skilled, this role offers and very good environment in which to work – Office- rather than call centre.

Have you got strong admin skills? Can you communicate effectively with business contacts and do you have a quick and nimble brain with technology products
