Description Duties & Responsibilities:

- Contacting an existing customer database to upsell further company products.
- Working to sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Targets based on individual basis and team targets.
- Logging relevant customer information on the in-house database.
- Working within a busy, friendly call centre environment.
- 37 hours per week based on a 2 week shift pattern between the hours of 9.30am-8.30pm Monday to Friday.

Experience & Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and develop along with a positive attitude.
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work to targets, individually and within a team environment.
