Description		Call Centre Team Leader, North West, Call Centre, Key Performance Indicators We are currently searching for experienced Team Leaders to work for a large, established Contact Centre based in the North West. Duties are to lead, motivate, coach and support a team of Advisors to give great customer service, balancing quality, cost and time. Greeting team members on a daily basis to make sure they have everything they need to do their job. Keep up to date daily on key performance measures, plan actions to motivate your team and individual performances. Monitor and accredit customer service calls. On a weekly basis have a 1:1 with each CSA, review overall performances (call quality, availability, compensation) and at the same time identify coaching needs. Holding regular Team Meetings in order to pass on information and take the opportunity to up date the team on business issues. Use appropriate processes to organise such things as holidays, shift changes etc... Complete back to work interviews for giving any necessary advice and support to encourage good attendance. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, have an interest in people and able to find ways of motivating individuals within a team. A friendly, energetic attitude is required with a "can do" attitude in order to become a role model for colleagues and team members. Salary �19046.00 per year plus commission Acorn Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
