Description Our Client who is well known within the Financial Services Field is now wishing to meet with an individual with experience of working in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.

The Job

To provide an outstanding service to our customers, actively identifying their needs and meeting them with our products and services.

The skills

• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external Customers and Members
• Experience of working in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent ability to continuously prioritise and adapt to a changing environment
• Excellent team player with enthusiasm and motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in a call centre or financial services environment is desirable
