Description Contact centre Manager required for an expanding Insurance company based in Crawley.

Looking for a dynamic Individual to manage the day to day running of a team of account managers and customer service/sales staff.

Responsibilities:
-Effective management of the sales staff and account managers
-Assess statistics and conversions in regards to call volumes and staff activity
-Ensure Performance Targets are met
-Dealing with any escalated calls and complaints
-Staff issues such as training, appraisals, Absence management, leave and overall performance
-Maintain Contact centre data and produce reports of KPI's etc for Senior management

Requirements:
-Experience Managing a call/contact centre
-Ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach
-A self motivated individual, with a flexible style to allow you to adapt to a changing business sector
-Exposure to managing client expectations
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
-Excellent leadership skills. Have demonstrated good man management capabilities
- Passion for providing the highest level of customer service
