Description		CUSTOMER SERVICE INBOUND - ALDERLEY EDGE Our client, one of the UK's fastest growing telecommunications company's, is seeking Customer service advisers to join their busy and vibrant head office in Alderley Edge. Supporting the inbound customer service team with a diverse range of tasks you will find this a challenging and rewarding position with this fast growing, dynamic organisation. The role will focus on but not be restricted to the following duties: Development, maintenance and retention of customer relationships � Informing customers of all Telecoms products � Resolving Queries within industry leading timescales � Updating customer records The successful candidate will possess the following qualities: � Confidentiality � Good interpersonal skills � Attention to detail � Good computer skills � Flexible and able to cope with change � Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team � Good time management skills Experience in a Telecoms role would be advantageous but not essential as full training and ongoing development. The basic salary for the customer service adviser ranges from �13-15,000 based on experience with an annual review. Full pension, Healthcare and insurance, 23 days holiday, free parking and easily accessible on transport routes. Call for a immediate interview
