Ongoing company expansion brought about through advances such as a newly introduced next day dispatch on line purchasing site, has fuelled the need for an additional Customer Services Representative. This Role is suitable for people with absolutely no engineering understanding as full training will be provided. What is important, however, is the ability to learn and a dynamic personality! The Role: Customer service based. Will be given a customer area to account manage and develop (incoming calls only). Provide product specification, customer service and after-sales service. Carry out the whole customer service cycle from order processing, expediting, documentation etc Work closely with the external Sales Engineers. Based In or commutable to Bristol. The Candidate: * Will want to get into customer services or a sales type role. * Experience isn't required but will be beneficial. * Able to deal with customer problems over the telephone. * Must be a good team player. *Although it's not by any means a necessity, a technical qualification of some kind or an interest in engineering would be beneficial.
