We are a web-based business, with offices in Cambridge, UK, Cambridge, MA, USA and Tokyo, Japan. To support our continued expansion we are looking for a Multilingual / Bilingual Customer Service Assistant (German / English) to work in our Customer Service department. We require the successful Multilingual / Bilingual Customer Service Assistant candidate to have an excellent written and spoken English and German; you will also be able to demonstrate relevant customer facing experience. Any additional European languages would be advantageous. The role involves answering customer enquiries, processing orders and assisting with general administration within the department. You will need to be a team player with good communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines. You should have previous experience of working with computers. Salary: GBP16000 - GBP19000 (dependant on experience) an excellent package including flexible benefits, share options and profit-share.
