Salary Basic: £60 - £70K Basic, £6K car allowance, plus bonus (£140K OTE)

Job description:
My client is a leading provider of business process outsourcing with a main service offering of outsourced contact centre solutions. To continue their growth plans they are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to develop new business throughout the UK.

You will have extensive experience and evidence of selling solutions at senior management level to Corporates. A proven track record of pitching, presenting and securing high value deals and specific experience of completing complex tender documents. Actual knowledge and experience of the outsourcing market within the Contact Centre / BPO sector is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for an organisation who specialise in BPO and in particular “customer management” solutions. You might come from a call centre client services background with experience of bringing in new logos and now want to make the move from “farmer” to “hunter”.

Most importantly, you must have the ability to quickly establish credibility and make an impact and have well-honed skills to persuade influence and negotiate high value contracts.

This role is a challenging one where those who deliver are rewarded and have the ability to double their earning potential.
