Description		Customer Services Manager / Customer Care Manager 12 Month Fixed Term � Maternity Cover Cambridge Salary �30,080 - �35,123 Our client is one of the three UK-wide awarding bodies, offering qualifications to learners of all ages and abilities through 13,000 schools, colleges and other institutions. They are now looking for a proactive and natural leader to cover maternity leave as a Customer Services Manager. With excellent management and organisational skills, you will manage activities of the CIE Customer Services Team. Communicative, hard working and with the ability to perform well under pressure, you will ensure that service levels within the team are maintained and identify areas for improvement to ensure the best working practise is followed. You will need a calm, confident and approachable manner to deal personally with escalated enquiries, ensuring they are processed and resolved as smoothly as possible. Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable managerial and customer care experience and proven team building skills. Your skills and management experience will allow you to swiftly and confidently come into the role, working with the established team to ensure continuity and quality of service. With the ability to quickly assimilate complex information on their expanding business, the successful candidate will need good communication skills to deal with people at all levels and with a variety of delicate and sensitive issues.
