Job description: We are looking for a customer services manager with experience within Mortgages and debt collection. Working on behalf of the client you will be required to work within strict guidelines and comply with SLA�s on a daily basis. Managing operational teams you will work closely with senior members of the management team to deliver excellent customer services at all times, ensuring the client remains satisfied. The successful candidate will also need to have the ability to look at current customer services processes and improve where necessary.
