Description		The role will be to receive incoming requests from clients/customers/end users and record them onto the appropriate system. Ensure all relevant information is captured and establish 'type of request' and prioritise. To look at each initial request and decide on the next course of action. To record, administer and manage customer incidents and requests You will be required to speak Nordic to business conversational level. Required Experience Candidates will have good working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel, Ideally you will have experience of logging calls or customer requests on a computer system. Candidates will also have experience of dealing with customers over the telephone/face to face/email in a professional manner. Desirable skills include SAP and Knowlegde ot IT industry. This role is to start ASAP. Hours of work will be between 7.30a and 6.00pm on rotating shift
