Description		Position: Business Development Manager (Outsourcing) Locations: North West Salary Basic: �75 � 80K Basic plus car allowance, plus bonus (�150-160K OTE) Job description: My client is a leading provider of outsourced business services & technology solutions with expertise in customer management. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to develop major leads and new business from Corporates/Blue Chips in the UK. You will have extensive experience and evidence of selling �High Value� services to Corporates. A proven track record of pitching, presenting and securing �big ticket� deals and specific experience of completing complex tender documents. Actual knowledge and experience of the outsourcing market within the Contact Centre / BPO sector is essential. You will be highly articulate and possess first class interpersonal skills. You must have the ability to quickly establish credibility and/or make an impact and have well-honed skills to persuade influence and negotiate high value contracts. This role is 50/50 in terms of being home/office based. You will therefore live within commuting distance of Greater Manchester.
