Our client, based in the centre of HIGH WYCOMBE, is a a leading residential mortgage loan administrator, winner of numerous awards in their sector.

They are currently recruiting 20 Trainee Debt Collectors. Join their team of 300 employees today and provide yourself with GREAT opportunities to progress!

As a collections officer you will be required to contact customers by telephone whose accounts are in arrears. Your task will be to establish the reason for the arrears and work with them to agree a suitable course of action. The successful candidate will also handle a high volume of incoming calls, maximise payments, issue warrants and update customer records. There is a possibility to move into Litigation department.

Previous experience of working in a call centre/ customer service environment is essential. Experience of handling pressurised phone collections is desirable.
