Description		TEMP CONTACT CENTRE AGENT, HYDE, �5.52 per hour x 37.5 hours, 4/5 weeks TEMP FULL TIME, HOURS TO COVER 8AM-8PM ON A SHIFT BASIS Monday - Saturday. My client are a dynamic multi channel retailer operating across the business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketplaces.For over 40 years, they have been a leader in direct shopping and for the last 20 years have provided a majority of UK schools with their educational supplies. They require skilled customer service agents to join an ever expanding team.You will be required to provide outstanding customer service to incoming communication via telephone, fax, post, e-mail and web, and to identify new and existing business opportunities by actively promoting the company's products.You will also be required to provide a quality response to incoming communications and resolve a wide range of customer enquiries consistently, accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs and provide a positive customer experience.
