Description An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Assistant with fluent Italian and French skills.

The main duties of this role will include:
Coordinating and controlling the delivery process from the company's international manufacturing sites to our European Customers
To Cost effectively plan logistical routes for delivery to our customers
To Provide a translation service for documents and at meetings for which occassional overseas travel may be needed.
Providing general admin support for a busy international customer service office.
To Control and file customer information and any general admin activity.

Fluent business Italian skills are essential for this role, in addition French or any other European language would be useful.

Previous experience within a customer service environment would be useful.

Salary 17-19.5K + benefits
26 holiday plus bank holidays
Group pension plan
Hours 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs
8:00- 1:20pm Friday
Location Ilminster, South West

Salary/rate £17000 - £19500/annum 17-19.5K + Benefits.
