High profile Permanent & Temporary Display Design & Manufacturing business seek to appoint an exceptional individual to strengthen their internal Account Management team.
You will work with key internal departments, Design, Development, Projects, Graphics, SMS as well as undertaking the responsibility for enhanced & regular liaison with clients and retailers.
You will possess a highly customer focused approach, combined with commercial accountability, excellent communication skills, good (internal and external) liaison skills, alongside an appreciation for design solutions, strong project/time management and organisation skills.
You will work well as an individual or as part of a team, possess the ability to work in a very fast paced environment, effectively manage client / retailer expectations and maximise sales opportunities.
You will manage the responsibility to work with designated permanent or promotional client accounts / major retailers, maintaining commercial accountability, delivering and exceeding targets set, enhancing margin (maximising selling price, minimising costs), improving cash flow through effective management of invoicing (signing off costs with FD/SMS Executive, timely supply of PO’s)
You will effectively brief Client Services on the basics of the project in order to set up the contract, manage the design phase of the project – take client’s initial requirements then formulate detailed internal creative brief in order to deliver the desired creative solution to the Client. You will formulate detailed procurement/estimating brief in order to supply the client with competitive and accurate quotations and following sign off of the design phase, ensure that all relevant information is briefed to the Client Services Executive to allow them to manage the project effectively through the remainder of the process.
Lastly, the key driver will be to build ‘strategic partnership’ relationships with key Clients by delivering added value services (onsite time, tailored processes etc) and effective use of the Group proposition.
