Our Company offers market leading accountancy, tax advice and other support services specialising in the contractor market. We provide comprehensive tailored advice for contractors working on a Limited Company, Umbrella Company or Sole Trader basis.


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor, Client Relationship Manager.

To manage the relationship with a nominated portfolio of customers to provide a brilliant customer experience with every interaction.

Accountabilities:
• Advise, support and build excellent working relationships with an allocated portfolio of customers.
• Endeavour to manage all inbound and outbound communication for your nominated portfolio of customers.
• Receive and ensure resolution of customer queries efficiently and with high levels of customer care, co-ordinating the more technical queries to the relevant operational areas as required.
• Have a clear and thorough understanding of all operational areas enabling the majority of the frequently asked questions received from the customers to be answered quickly and confidently.
• Effectively interpret calls and fully understand queries to ensure that the correct individualised advice and support is provided, or that the query is resolved by liaising with the appropriate operational team.
• Identify those customer calls that require redirection to our outsourced suppliers for their specialist help and advice.
• Receive and act on call completion reports on a daily basis to ensure complete resolution of all calls received from your portfolio of customers.
• Pro-actively contact allocated customers on a regular basis to ensure that the service they are receiving is in line with their expectations.
• Ensure all calls and emails are handled in an effective and efficient manner providing a professional, courteous, friendly and personal service to our customers ensuring that the service is of the highest standard.
• Handle complaints promptly and to the customer’s complete satisfaction ensuring that measures are implemented to prevent any further occurrence of the issue.
• Update and track calls handled in an accurate and timely manner using the in house computer system.
• Ensure that the service provided adheres to the operational standards for quality and timeliness.
• Represent the Company in an appropriate and professional manner and portray the Values and Key Messages when dealing with internal and external customers.
• Undertake training as and when required.
• Any others duties that are deemed necessary to support the business as and when required.

Relationships:
Working within the Customer Care Department, the role holder will report to a Customer Services Team Leader.

They will have extensive contact with a portfolio of customers and their respective agencies and clients via telephone, email, in writing and occasionally face to face.

It is also recognised that the role holder will have daily interactions with other internal departments.

Customer Services Advisor / Personal Manager, Client Manager Required Skills:

• Experience of dealing with a high volume of calls in a customer facing environment.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel and bespoke in house data bases.
• Ideally educated to A level or equivalent or above.
• Experience of working in a numerate environment would be advantageous.
• A friendly and outgoing individual who genuinely enjoys dealing with people.
• An excellent professional telephone manner is essential for the role as is a passion for doing a good job and providing excellent service to customers.
• Attention to detail and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• A proven track record of continuous development through education and training.
• A committed team player who will go that extra mile for the team.
• An extremely positive and proactive approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• A highly organised approach with the ability to balance priorities.
• A self starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision.

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Customer Services Representative, Business Support, Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Customer Services.
