Description Do you have excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the phone? then this is the job for you. We are currently looking for dynamic, driven and customer focused individuals.
Key skills:
Working knowledge of Netrent
Working knowledge of other IT products telephone, fax, photocopier and other office equipment
To know how and when to block sales cars and ensure return/delivery of same
To have the ability to build rapport with customers

Your responsibilities:
To meet and exceed customer requirments
Identify sales opportunities and pass to Manager, Account Manager
Maintain client confidentiality
Follow set procedures on validation of customers
Have good knowledge of local and surrounding areas.

This position offeres excellent opportunities and benifits such as full training, ecellent pansion scheme and overtime.
40 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm this includes Saturdays between the hours of 8.00am - 1.00pm
